Harvesting & Handling Methodology

Selective Harvest

Coconuts at 11–12 months maturity are harvested for optimum water, meat, and shell strength.

Sorting & Grading

Nuts are graded by size, weight, and husk condition to meet export specifications.

Cleaning

Surface dirt is removed; nuts are inspected to ensure no cracks or pest damage.

Packing

Packed in PP mesh/PP bags or palletized bulk with protective liners for sea freight.

Quality & Phyto

Final QC and phytosanitary inspection/documentation prior to container loading.
